Project Description: For the Energy unit in Grade 4, Manit created a solar cooker as his summative task, applying the complete scientific method to understand its role. Through this project, he investigated the principles of solar energy, designed and constructed the solar cooker, and tested its efficiency. By following the scientific method, Manit explored variables, gathered data, and drew conclusions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of energy conversion and the practical applications of renewable energy. This hands-on task helped him connect scientific concepts to real-world solutions while reinforcing the importance of sustainable energy practices.
