Project Outcome: Cook book and live demo

Project Description: The Project-Based Learning (PBL) topic focused on Cooking under the unit Identity, where students explored the idea of personal preferences and creativity through culinary expression. As part of the project, students prepared a cookbook by trying out various recipes using the same set of ingredients. This allowed them to experiment with different cooking techniques and flavor combinations while understanding how individual choices and cultural influences shape identity. Over the course of 18 dedicated slots, students researched recipes, practiced cooking, documented their processes, and reflected on their experiences. The project encouraged them to express themselves creatively, work collaboratively, and develop essential life skills such as planning, measuring, and following instructions. The final cookbook served as a unique showcase of their culinary journey, highlighting their innovation, adaptability, and personal tastes.
