Project Outcome: Herbal drinks, homemade remedies and a booklet
Project Description: The student independently chose to explore Ayurveda, delving into its core principles and the use of natural ingredients to promote holistic well-being. She conducted thorough research on Ayurvedic concepts such as the three doshas and the medicinal benefits of various herbs through books, online resources, and discussions with family members. Demonstrating initiative and creativity, she applied her learning by preparing Ayurvedic recipes, including herbal drinks and homemade remedies, while documenting both the preparation process and their health benefits. She compiled this information into a personalized Ayurvedic recipe book, which she later presented to her peers, articulating the science behind each recipe and highlighting Ayurveda’s relevance in today’s world. This self-directed project reflected her curiosity, strong research skills, and creative thinking, while also enhancing her understanding of biodiversity and sustainable living practices.
