Project Outcome: Awareness session with the school’s support staff (both male and female)
Project Description: Hriday, Hanshul, and Mohak undertook a student-led initiative to discuss, evaluate, and plan actions related to gender inequality. As part of the unit, they engaged in deep inquiry by developing a “why-why-why” chain to uncover the root causes of gender disparities. This reflective and analytical approach allowed them to critically examine social norms and systemic issues, fostering awareness and encouraging meaningful dialogue around the subject.
