Project Description:
Aadit Thakkar’s individual Service & Leadership project, Business Brilliance: Consulting Service, focuses on developing a structured consulting startup aimed at analyzing and improving local businesses across secondary and tertiary sectors.
Project Focus:
The consulting service is designed to evaluate businesses on key aspects such as operations, customer satisfaction, finance, and marketing. Aadit conducts research and analysis for each client business, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. The process involves gathering both qualitative and quantitative data, organizing it using tools such as tables, graphs, and graphic organizers, and interpreting the findings to generate actionable insights.
Based on this analysis, detailed recommendations and strategic plans are created to help businesses improve their overall performance and efficiency. The service model also includes working with local businesses as clients and offering these consulting services in exchange for a fee, reflecting a real-world entrepreneurial approach.
Project Outcome:
The final outcome consists of comprehensive reports (approximately 12–15 pages per business) that provide in-depth analysis and practical recommendations tailored to each client. Through this project, Aadit has demonstrated skills in research, data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication, while also gaining experience in entrepreneurship and professional service delivery that can benefit both his personal growth and the businesses he supports.
