Project Description: Saara Dalal’s Grade 10 Personal Project involved creating two mixed media artworks that convey her personal experiences with mental health, specifically focusing on panic attacks. This project aimed to raise awareness and provide a visual representation of the emotional and psychological impact of panic attacks. Alongside the artworks, Saara managed an Instagram handle to educate her audience about the science behind panic attacks, blending artistic expression with informative content.
Product Outcome: The project resulted in a series of impactful artworks that effectively communicated Saara’s experiences and feelings related to mental health.
