Project Description: Henny, Jia, and Hridhaan’s project explored diverse culinary skills through baking and non-fire cooking techniques, creating a variety of dishes such as brownies, laddus, cookies, Turkish cakes, vada pav, and unique infusions. A standout aspect was the fusion cuisine, where they combined ingredients and techniques to create original dishes, demonstrating creativity and innovation. The project involved researching recipes, experimenting with flavors, and refining techniques to produce high-quality food items. Celebrating cultural diversity and blending traditional and modern culinary practices, this initiative showcased their ability to think creatively while honing essential cooking skills.
