Project Description: These students, as members of the JS Student Parliament, demonstrated leadership and teamwork by planning and executing the National Math Day celebration in collaboration with Shree Priyakant Maniyar School, a nearby government school. Guided by their mentor teachers, they approached the event with enthusiasm and a genuine spirit of service. While the teachers supported them in designing meaningful math-based activities, the students took full ownership—right from developing the event plan to allocating tasks, managing logistics, and engaging with the students of SPM School throughout the celebration. The initiative to celebrate Math Day in this inclusive and collaborative manner was a thoughtful idea jointly developed by the students and their mentors, reflecting a strong commitment to community connection and shared learning.
