Project Outcome: The project included two workshops in government schools. The first workshop focused on educating students about the importance of plastic waste management and its environmental impact. The second workshop was hands-on, teaching participants how to repurpose leftover plastic into creative and useful items. In private schools, the students held a single session to spread awareness and educate their peers on effective plastic waste management. To enhance the impact, participants were encouraged to bring plastic waste from their homes, which was then collected and donated to Eco Vision, an organization dedicated to sustainable environmental practices.

Project Description: As part of their CAS project, Hrida Patel and Namashvi Patel made significant efforts to tackle the global challenge of plastic waste management through their initiative, Project Zero Waste. The project focused on collecting and responsibly disposing of plastic materials to minimize their impact on ecosystems and human health. Educational workshops were conducted at government and public schools to raise awareness and promote practical solutions for managing plastic waste. Additionally, a plastic waste collection drive was organized in collaboration with Eco Vision, a non-profit organization, to implement effective waste management systems and further support sustainable environmental practices.
