Project Description: Vivaana has dedicated herself to exploring various facets of psychology, starting with Adolescent psychology and expanding into criminal psychology, forensics, mental health, and therapeutic modalities like art therapy and signature analysis. Her journey includes conducting art therapy sessions, organizing workshops, and managing an NGO called “Art It Out” that focuses on healing through art. Currently, she is researching color psychology and deepening her understanding of psychiatry, driven by a genuine passion for psychology and a quest for practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the field.
Project Outcome: Synthesizing gathered information into a comprehensive report on adolescent psychology theories, covering principles, applications, and significance, alongside conducting sessions to share insights. Learning handwriting analysis fundamentals required structured study, practice, and resource utilization, analyzing diverse samples. Enrolling in certification programs for therapeutic modalities, Vivaana refined skills through coursework, training, and mentorship. Participating in art therapy sessions with diverse groups, Vivaana gained firsthand experience in using art for healing, ultimately establishing and managing “Art It Out,” an NGO, organizing therapy sessions, workshops, and community events.
