Project Description: Types and Techniques of Sketching: The project explored various types of sketching, from pencil sketches to digital sketches, and the techniques employed by artists. She investigated how artists use different sketching methods to convey emotions, perspectives, and styles, analyzing techniques such as gesture drawing, contour drawing, and observational sketching. She also examined the cognitive and creative benefits of sketching, including improved observation skills, idea generation, and problem-solving for artists across various disciplines. Inspired by her sister’s artworks, the student demonstrated dedication in her research and practice, developing this skill organically and impressively.
