Project Description:
Zaina Shah undertook this individual passion project by initiating and organizing a student-led event at the local level, conducted at the Science Centre in Surat. The project focused on taking independent initiative to plan, coordinate, and execute an event that engaged participants in a meaningful learning experience. Through this process, Zaina demonstrated leadership by managing various aspects of the event, from conceptualization to implementation.
Project Outcome:
As a result of this project, Zaina successfully conducted a well-organized event, showcasing her ability to take initiative and lead independently. The experience enhanced her planning, communication, and organizational skills while also building confidence in managing real-world tasks. The project reflected her capability to create impact at a community level and demonstrated strong leadership and responsibility.
