Project Description: The group engaged in a project as Courageous Communicators under the IB PYP’s Transdisciplinary Theme ‘How We Organise Ourselves’ – Organisation unit. Their objective was to provide gymnastics coaching to students at Kudiyana Prathmik School, understanding organizational systems and their interconnectedness to address challenges faced by others. After their unit studies, the girls developed and executed an action plan, committing to regular Saturday visits to enhance the students’ gymnastic skills. Motivated by a commitment to community service and a goal of supporting others, they distinguished between personal profit and community benefit. Their dedication and skills exemplified leadership and compassion, fostering positive growth and development among the students through gymnastics coaching.
Project Outcome: Visiting a local school every Saturday and enhancing students’ gymnastic skills.
