Project Description:
Dishant Shah’s individual Arts project, Thunder, is a self-initiated comic book that brings together storytelling and illustration. The project focuses on creating an original narrative and presenting it through a visually engaging comic format.
Project Process:
The student developed an original storyline and translated it into an illustrated sequence of scenes. The process involved planning the narrative, sketching characters and environments, and exploring composition and visual sequencing to effectively communicate the story. Through this, the student built foundational sketching skills and learned how visual elements contribute to storytelling.
Project Outcome:
The final outcome is a cohesive illustrated comic book that demonstrates creativity, clarity in storytelling, and strong visual communication. The project reflects the student’s ability to combine art and narrative to create an engaging and meaningful story.
