Project Outcome: Cinema Stand

Project Description: Shloka’s Design Technology Internal Assessment (IA) project aimed to enhance the cinema experience by creating a functional and convenient cinema stand. The stand features a rotating tray, making it easier for moviegoers to share snacks and drinks between seats. It includes dedicated bottle and popcorn holders to prevent spills and offers bag storage space to keep personal belongings off the floor. The removable design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, while the compact, user-friendly structure ensures it can fit seamlessly into existing cinema setups without the need for major modifications.

Shloka’s design also adapts to home theaters, helping reduce mess and improving convenience for movie enthusiasts. Additional features include more bottle holders for beverages, extra handrest space, and a designated area for a shared popcorn tub, enhancing the overall comfort and functionality of the stand for two people. The project demonstrates Shloka’s ability to integrate thoughtful design with user convenience, offering a practical solution for a better movie-watching experience.
