The project focused on repurposing textile waste into high-demand, trend-driven accessories through upcycling. The students researched low-complexity yet high-impact designs and developed an efficient workflow to transform discarded materials into functional and aesthetically appealing products such as scrunchies, hairbands, and assorted jewelry.

Project Outcome:
In the final phase, the group transitioned their creative work into a philanthropic business model by marketing and selling their upcycled products within the community. All profits generated were directed towards charitable causes, reflecting a complete sustainable lifecycle that benefits both society and the environment. The project strengthened their skills in design, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, while demonstrating how small-scale initiatives can create meaningful social impact.
