By: Vivan Lalani
Project Description:
Vivan Lalani undertook this project to explore the concept of electromagnetic trains and how magnetic levitation works. The project focused on understanding how magnets can be used to lift and move objects without direct contact. The student also researched metro projects in Japan, particularly studying how such advanced transportation systems function and their relevance in modern infrastructure. Additionally, he explored the environmental sustainability of electromagnetic trains and how they can serve as eco-friendly alternatives to traditional transport systems.
Project Outcome:
Through this project, the student developed a strong understanding of magnetic levitation and its real-world applications in transportation. His research helped him connect scientific concepts with modern innovations, especially in sustainable development. The project enhanced his curiosity, research, and analytical skills, resulting in a meaningful exploration of how technology can contribute to efficient and environmentally friendly transportation systems.
