Aarna Agrawal’s individual Arts project, Crochet Creations: Turning Craft into Commerce, focuses on learning crochet and transforming this skill into a small business venture.
Project Process:
The student is learning crochet techniques and applying them to create handmade products such as keychains, soft toys, and other creative items. Alongside developing her crafting skills, she is also exploring the business aspect by planning how to market and sell her products through Instagram. This includes designing products, maintaining quality, pricing, and presenting them attractively to an online audience.
Project Outcome:
The final outcome will be a collection of crochet products along with an Instagram-based startup platform for selling them. The project reflects creativity, skill development, and entrepreneurial thinking, as the student combines art with business to create meaningful and marketable products.
