Project Description:
Dhanraj Kapadia, along with Tejaswini Sekhani, Vihana Khemka, and Diyan Shah, undertook this group Project-Based Learning (PBL) initiative as part of their unit Civilizations. Building on the action taken in their previous unit, the students aimed to extend their learning by connecting historical understanding with present-day responsibility. As part of this initiative, they planned to participate in a Miyawaki plantation drive organized by the CAS students of the school, linking their classroom learning to environmental action.

Project Outcome:
Through this project, the students demonstrated a commitment to sustained and meaningful action by applying their learning beyond the classroom. Their participation in the plantation drive reinforced their understanding of responsibility, environmental stewardship, and the importance of long-term impact. The project encouraged them to think critically about how lessons from the past can inform responsible actions for the future, fostering a sense of accountability and active citizenship.
